Alec Baldwin Pins Papaprazzi on Car Hood: He Got Too Close to Hilaria

(New York, NY)  Overzealous actor, Alec Baldwin, has hopped on the violence-on-the-paparazzi-train and has found himself pinning a paparazzi who wanted to ask questions to Hilaria about her new baby and getting away with it.

It all happened in New York city, where Hilaria, who just had a baby a week ago, ran into a tea store because she didn’t want to be asked questions about herself or Baldwin.  She then called her infamously angry hubby, who showed up at the scene with his gun cocked and ready to go.

Alec Baldwin assaulted the photographer and tried to take his equipment away by wrestling him a la Kanye West, while the photographer tried to hold on.

The rattled photographer called the cops, whom once again, have decided not to press charges against Alec Baldwin because they allege that both parties pushed each other and have decided not to press charges.

The worst part of all, is that the scuffle happened right in front of Hilaria, and it was reminiscent of Heidi Klum and Seal’s marriage, where Heidi Klum was forced to stand by angry Seal even though it was clear she hated it.

Kanye West Not Getting Away with Paparazzi Attack

(Los Angeles, CA) It looks like Kanye West smile from yesterday is turning into a frown today because the rapper is about to get hit big by one of the biggest lawyers in California on behalf of the paparazzi he attacked at LAX.

TMZ had reported that they believed that Kanye West was going to pay the photog major bucks to make the problem go away but it looks like the paparazzi is not after his money after all.

Daniel Ramos, the paparazzi that was ruthlessly attacked by Kanye West for asking too many questions, has lawyered up with high power attorney, Gloria Allred, who will be making a public announcement today about the case and it seems Kanye West is going to court.

Our paparazzi sources, who are very close to Daniel Ramos, have revealed to us exclusively that the reason Danno won’t take the money and go is because he believes Kanye West has ruined his reputation and he wants it cleared.

The photog is prepared to take Kanye to court because there have been many misconceptions placed out on the media about him that have led him to lose several legit jobs he was working on due to Kanye attack.  Little known facts about the paparazzi is that he actually worked on Jennifer Lopez big debut movie, Selena, as an assistant director and won an award for best film for his revealing documentary, Paparazzi:  Full Throttle L.A.

One of the biggest lies, our sources tell us, is that he tried to cash out on the infamous car that Britney Spears lost her cool on and the umbrella that she used to beat the car with, making him look like a opportunistic-money-hungry-paparazzi who is out to take advantage of celebrities.

The truth?  Daniel Ramos actually still owns the vehicle and the umbrella and even got a public apology for the incident from Britney Spears via her website.

Britney Spears wrote on her website –

“I apologize to the pap for a stunt that was done 4 months ago regarding an umbrella,” Britney wrote, 

“I was preparing my character for a role in a movie where the husband never plays his part so they switch places accidentally.” 

“I take all my roles very seriously and got a little carried away. Unfortunately I didn’t get the part.”

Our paparazzi source tells us that Daniel Ramos believes that Kanye West needs to pay for what he did because he was in his legal right, as a photojournalist, to ask Kanye West questions about a news story that was going on with him at the time. 

  

From what we hear, the paparazzi is going to come after Kanye with the full force of the law.  

If the paparazzi wins this case, it would most likely change celebrities perception on how they can abuse treat photojournalist who are asking them pesky questions.

Kanye West Attacks Photog: He Asked Too Many Questions

(Los Angeles, CA)  Angry rapper, Kanye West, was serious when he told a photographer last week too never, ever talk to him or ask him questions, because he attacked a different paparazzi who was trying to give him a chance to clear himself about the things he said the week before.

It all happened at LAX, when Kanye West was surrounded by paparazzi who were awaiting his return from a trip overseas, when he went haywire when a paparazzi kept asking him questions.

Paparazzi, Daniel Ramos, was attacked after he asked Kanye – “Kanye, can we talk to you, Kanye?”,”What was up with all that stuff? Do you want to squash all that? ‘cuz you’re a cool guy“, the paparazzi continues, “Why can’t we talk to you?“.

Kanye doesn’t like that the paparazzi keeps asking him questions, so he turns with the intent to attack him and take the paparazzi’s camera.

The paparazzi tries to reason with him, telling him, “I don’t want to fight with you, seriously, I don’t want to fight with you, I am just asking!”

Then Kanye snaps, “What you’re trying to do is get me in trouble so I have to pay you $ 250,000!” and then he launches at the paparazzi and tries to wrestle the camera out of the paparazzi’s hand, luckly for the pap, there was an airport security close by that demanded he let go of the paparazzi.

Kanye let go and then took off in his waiting vehicle.  The paparazzi was seen by an ambulance and taken to the hospital. 

Since the attack a few hours ago, Kanye West is been investigated by the LAPD as a “felony suspect for attempted robbery” and the police have verified that the paparazzi did receive injuries from the attack.

Paparazzi are weighing in on Facebook on the incident and they are sick of Kanye West antics.  One paparazzi posting, “here we go again”, and “what an angry f**king idiot Kanye is!”.

We couldn’t agree more!

Lamar Odom Rampage Against Paparazzi Do to Cheating Questions

(Los Angeles, CA) Lamar Odom has joined the Kardashian beat-the-paparazzi train after he didn’t like being asked about cheating allegations made against him by RadarOnline and Star Magazine.

It all happened as a paparazzi decided to do an improptu interview with Lamar Odom about the allegations that he had an affair with a stripper.

The paparazzi asked him over and over again about the allegations, at which Lamar kept acting like he didn’t understand the questions.

After a while, Lamar finally mumbles –  “I would never cheat on my wife, that’s why I wear my wedding ring.“

He then decided that he did not want to be pestered with the cheating questions about Radar Online report and it all went downhill from there.

Lamar asked the photog to talk to him off camera, where he proceeded to steal and damage equipment from the paparazzi’s car by throwing his $5000 dollar camera and other expensive equipment, along with the photogs cell phone, out on the road.

All of it happened while a van full of shocked tourist watched on.

He then proceeded to smash another paparazzi’s car, and then picking up the broken equipment of the road and stealing it by putting it in his trunk.

In the middle of this crazy ordeal, a fan decides that its the right time to approach Odom for a photo, and he amazingly poses as the paparazzi is pleading with him to give him his stuff back.  The paparazzi tries to reason with Odom about him not being alone, and that there are other paparazzi taking photos of him, but Lamar doesn’t seem to care and still drives away with the photogs equipment.

The video then cuts to later on, when Lamar finally pulls over and throws the photogs stuff out on the sidewalk of Hollywood Blvd., next to the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame.  The irony!

The paparazzi community is getting sick of the Kardashians actions towards the paparazzi lately, even posting on a private Facebook paparazzi page, “Fame whores, no sympathy”, and another commenting, “I know they want the attention yet they don’t know how to handle it.”

As far as Khloe Kardashian’s response to her husband temper tantrum, @KhloeKardashian tweeted: This becomes stalking at some point!!!!! Its wild!!!! ‪#‎FuckThePaps‬

Well Khloe, if you #FuckThePaps, then you #FuckYourself because if there are no paps, there is no Khloe Kardashian, or any Kardashian for that matter.  Remember the old saying, “Don’t bite the hand that feed you!”

Justin Bieber Runs Over Paparazzi : Police Are Not Pressing Charges

(Los Angeles, CA) Troubled singer, Justin Bieber, is at it again with his reckless driving and this time he hit a paparazzi with his white Ferrari when he left the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles.

It all happened late at night when Justin Bieber and his sidekick Lil Twist where leaving the famous Laugh Factory, when Justin Bieber motioned a group of paparazzi to move out of the way so he could drive off.

The paparazzi proceeded to move out of the front of the vehicle, to the side, when Justin Bieber sped off and hit one of the paparazzi that was by the side of a parked vehicle and ripped his flash equipment right off with his car.

The paparazzo landed on the floor and soon got help to move out of the road from other paparazzi as Justin Bieber sped off without stopping.  The injured paparazzi left the scene in an ambulance and claimed his leg hurt.

The LAPD went to Justin Bieber’s home to investigate the incident and decided not press any charges for the hit and run.

The reason? they said the paparazzi was at fault for being a pedestrian in the roadway.  Justin Bieber also claimed that he didn’t know he had hit anyone.

The official California Driver Book states –

Breaking News: Jennifer Aniston’s Bodyguard Attacks Paparazzi

(New York, NY) We just got some exclusive news from our paparazzi sources who are telling us that Jennifer Aniston‘s bodyguard allegedly tackled a photographer as he was trying to get shots of the camera shy star.

It all happened at Nobu restaurant in downtown New York City as she left the restaurant and got into her car and the paparazzo attempted to photograph her.

Allegedly, the bodyguard tackled the photographer so he couldn’t get a shot of Aniston, who as usual did not want to give up any pictures to the paparazzi.

We hear that the paparazzo plans to make charges against the bodyguard and is on his way to make a police report.

The paparazzo alleges he wasn’t doing anything illegal and was only trying to get a run-of-the-mill shot of Aniston as she exited the restaurant.

The minute we get more news on this breaking story we will let you know.

UPDATE: (Monday 13, 2013)

We have been trying to gather as much info as we can for you, this is what we have gotten so far from our sources-

1) Jennifer Aniston and her fiance Justin Theroux were both at the restaurant, we initially reported that it was just her

2) The pics of the famous couple out on the web are the pictures taken by the paparazzo just before he allegedly had his camera, broken after he shot Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux leaving the restaurant

3) The photographer was reported to have been at a police station in NYC to make a criminal complaint against Jennifer Aniston’s bodyguard, who he says, broke his camera after he shot them coming out of Nobu

4) Our paparazzi sources continue to stand by their story and alleged it all happened on Saturday night right after this shots were taken.

5) There are no pictures of the incident because the paparazzo was the sole photographer present, therefore no one else was there to document the incident.

We still are gathering information on this story and as soon as we hear more details, we will bring them to you.

Sean Penn’s Son Uses Racist and Homophobic Remarks Towards Paparazzi

(Beverly Hills, CA) Sean Penn‘s son, Hopper Penn, became violent, a racist and a homophobic all at once when he slurred racial and homophobic remarks towards a paparazzi who he rammed into for taking his picture.

It all happened when Sean Penn walked into a clinical building popular amongst celebs, (both Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston had doctors appointments in the same building days before losing their lives), putting his face down but not making a big fuss about the paparazzi taking his picture.

Minutes later, Hopper Penn, Sean Penn’s teenage son, lays into a photographer who is taking his picture as he walks far behind his famous dad.

The photog reacts with “are you kidding me?” when he got rammed into by Hopper Penn,  who responds by shouting – “F*ck You!”

The photog tells the teen – “Don’t do that to yourself! You’re just a kid!” – Hopper Penn’s response – “F*ck this fool, You’re a F**king Fagg*t.”

At which the photog yells at Sean Penn who is hiding around the corner – “that’s what you teach your son?!” – at which Hopper Penn, responds, “sh*t up, you f*cking n***er.”

TMZ was the first to report and post the video of the confrontation and also to get a response direct from Hopper Penn – “I was accosted by paparazzi and made to feel like an animal – threatened and under attack, but that does not condone my own actions.”

Alec Baldwin Attacks Female Reporter and Photographer

(New York, NY) Actor Alec Baldwin allegedly got verbally and physically abusive when a female reporter for the New York Post, Tara Palmeri, asked him to comment on his wife’s recent lawsuit, when he lost his temper.

Alec Baldwin, grabbed the reporter by the arm and told her, “I want you to choke to death” after she asked him to comment on the lawsuit involving his new bride and yoga instructor, Hilaria Baldwin. 

Baldwin then turned his wrath towards the New York Post photographer and retired NYPD cop, G.N. Miller, screaming at him that he was a “coon, drug dealer,” and even stopping people to tell them Miller was a drug dealer, and made defamatory comments about his mother.

When Baldwin began to get too close to Miller, he showed Baldwin his police badge, which Baldwin claimed was fake.

Later on, Baldwin went on a tirade about Miller on his twitter account, calling him a ‘crackhead’ –

“Moments after I tweet about the Post, Ralston, the ex-crackhead ‘photographer’ shows up at my door w 1 of Murdoch’s nieces in tow.”

He added, “Ralston claims he’s ex NYPD!! That can’t be!!! Ex NYPD don’t become crackhead, ex jailhouse paparazzi!”

Alec Baldwin later deleted this defamatory tweets from his account and released a statement through his publicist about the incident claiming he did not make any racist remarks- “That’s one of the most outrageous things I’ve heard in my life.’’

Both Alec Baldwin and the photographer made police reports about the incident and the reporter claims to have a recording of the whole conversation which she allegedly played for the police when she made her police report.

Alec Baldwin is known to the paparazzi to be a royal pain in the a** and most will just stay away because he is not worth the risk of getting his wrath.

It remains to be seen who is telling the truth, but if the audio does exist, it’s just one more mark in Alec’s long history of losing his temper and throwing a royal temper tantrum.

Alec Baldwin Rampage Against the Media

(New York, NY) Actor Alec Baldwin is so used to getting his way when he flies off the handle that he doesn’t even care if he physically or verbally assaults anyone in the media even if they capture every moment of it.

The notoriously angry actor seems to have  enormous animosity towards the media because he can’t seem to stop attacking members of it.

Just this week he intentionally ran over an “Inside Edition” reporters foot with his bike when he didn’t want to answer her questions about his latest outburst, even pushing her with it.

He later joked about the incident on his twitter account- “I am told I ran over someone’s foot on my bike today”- he continues- ““I think it was that person who placed their foot under the wheel of my bike.”

The same day, Alec Baldwin allegedly also hit another reporter and a photographer with his bike handlebars just before going in to do the David Letterman Show. There he happily answered questions about a different incident where he allegedly punched a photographer outside a New York courthouse just a day earlier.

Alec must have mistaken the staff photographer for the New York Daily News, Marcus Santos, for a paparazzo, and must have thought that the public would side with him because everyone always sides with the celebrity instead of the paparazzo. 

This time however, the photographer was not a paparazzo but a hired photo journalist for a New York newspaper who was there to capture him and his fiancee getting their marriage license at the court house.

Marcus Santos allegedly only got in the altercation with Alec Baldwin because he was defending another photographer present who was being attacked by Alec Baldwin who was trying to take the the camera from him grip.  Alec allegedly turned his anger and just launched at Mr. Santos and punched him.

Alec Baldwin defended his actions by tweeting- “A ‘photographer’ almost hit me in the face with his camera this morning. #allpaparazzishouldbewaterboarded (sic)”

Justin Bieber Fights with Paparazzo

(Calabasas, CA) Singing sensation Justin Bieber lost his squeaky clean image after he lost his cool on a paparazzo who he believed got too close to him and Selena.

It all happened after Justin Bieber and equally famous girlfriend, singer Selena Gomez, exited the Commons Shopping Center where they had just seen a movie.

It is not fully clear yet what really happened, but according to our sources at the scene, the paparazzo was not blocking Justin’s car like reported, but was instead taking pictures of Justin and Selena at their front windshield as they tried to exit out the parking space.

Justin Bieber was driving an extra large van and was having difficulty backing out with the flashes from the photographer.

After several attempts to back out and failing, Justin Bieber became frustrated and ran out of the car to confront the paparazzo, losing his famously untied shoes on the road, as he ran towards the paparazzo and struck him.

Selena Gomez ran after Justin, calming him down and talking some sense into him, even picking up his cap that he lost as he ran for the paparazzo.  The apparently ashamed duo left the area before police showed up to the scene.

Justin Bieber is currently wanted by Malibu police for questioning on the incident.

Justin Bieber recently moved to Calabasas to getaway from the Hollywood scene and the paparazzi, but unfortunately for him and Selena, they moved to the town where Britney Spears and other “A” list stars live and already has it’s own set of paparazzi who are in the area at all times for the other celebs that live there.
